ERA Introduces its Passive ESM Trackers to the Philippines
ERA a.s., a member of the OMNIPOL Group and a leading company in multilateration, multistatic surveillance and reconnaissance technology, has introduced its passive surveillance solution, the ESM Tracker, to the Armed Forces of the Republic of the Philippines during a business mission to Manila, the capital of the Philippines.
The team of experts from the Pardubice Czech Republic-headquartered ERA conducted series of negotiation and discussion with industry stakeholders in the Philippines. The representatives of Philippine Army, Navy and Air Force expressed their interest in the unique features of ERA’s passive ESM trackers, thus bringing new possibilities to the complex system of air surveillance, GBAD and electronic warfare means.
ERA’s Passive ESM Tracker (PET) is a novel medium range surveillance sensor for defence and electronic warfare purposes. In its 5th generation known as VERA-NG, the PET is designed for air, maritime and land target surveillance and reconnaissance.
